Why I joined virtual sales
I’m Sarah Glosson, former Division I athlete. If you’ve ever competed at a high level, you already know: average was never the goal.
I was built on: discipline, pressure, standards, and showing up when I didn’t feel like it. Then sports ended, and I saw what most people choose: comfort, stability, average. That wasn’t me.
I joined virtual sales, not because it was easy, because it demanded more. I got surrounded by the right people: DJ Okungbowa and Arturo Romero, leaders who didn’t lower the standard; they raised mine.
They taught me how to think at a higher level, handle pressure, actually close, and build something real. That’s the only reason I’ve had the success I’ve had. Now I’m building with people who are ready for that same level.
